Why do you place a seal on the container?

White Diamond’s priority is food safety. We place a seal that assures you that our salsa will be fresh and safe every time. Our container is tamperproof and provides for safe transport.

Where can I find your Salsa in my grocery store?

Our salsa is fresh and all natural. It will be found in the refrigerated produce section or the deli. If your grocery store does not carry White Diamond Farm or Zazus Salsa be sure to request it from the manager or e-mail us.

How long does your salsa last in the refrigerator?

We pride ourselves in the quality of our salsa. Our Salsa is 100% all natural! Absolutely no artificial preservatives or chemicals have been added. Salsa should always be refrigerated. Our product remains fresh, unopened for 40 days after production. Once opened, the salsa should be consumed within 7 days.

Why does your salsa vary slightly during the year?

We only use fresh ingredients. Quality control is of the utmost importance to us and we do our best daily to provide our customers with the same product each and every time.
